Welcome to Art Collision Incorporated’s silent auction! Proceeds from auction sales will go to A21 to

help combat Human Trafficking.

Before registering to participate in Art Collision Incorporated’s auction, please familiarize yourself with

the following rules and guidelines:

A. Bidding begins on December 1, 2023 at 8:00 AM EST and ends on December 15, 2023 at 11:59

PM EST.

B. The value listed for the auction item is based on the estimated fair market value determined by

the item’s donor and Art Collision Incorporated.

C. All bids must meet the minimum bid requirements, or they will be disqualified.

D. Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item if they meet the bid minimum. All bids are

FINAL.

E. After the auction closes, bidders agree to pay the amount they bid in full.

F. Restrictions may apply to certain items – such as age restrictions and black-out dates for travel

and hotel stays. Bids placed by any individual who does not legally qualify for any item will be

disqualified. A valid ID will be required to purchase items with an age restriction.

G. Art Collision Incorporated assumes no liability for risks or hazards associated with items won.

The winner assumes all responsibility for risk and injury.

H. Items are subject to change or may be withdrawn without notice at any time.

I. The bidder with the highest recorded bid at the close of the auction (or the bidder who chooses

the “Buy Now” option, where applicable) will win the item.

J. Items will be released to winners when payment has been received in full.

K. All items are sold as-is.

L. All sales are FINAL.
